1. Do the furniture correspond to the "originals"?
Our replicas are reproductions of the so-called "originals". Our furniture is made by hand in the Italian manufactory using state-of-the-art technology. They correspond to the licensed products in size, proportion and quality. The only difference to the licensed copies is that our furniture is produced without stamped serial number, designer name and certificate of authenticity.
2. Why does Bauhaus furniture such price differences? Does this affect the quality ?
Many providers on Internet buy their goods from China and harm with their low prices the market. The quality and finishing of this furniture is very low.
3. Why can classic furniture offer such good prices?
Classicmoebel sells only directly to your door from the factory in Italy and dispenses with all distribution channels and all printed brochures. Therefore is Classicmoebel able to keep such favorable prices.
4. Can I get spare parts from you?
Yes, spare parts for the products we supplied are available. An exchange of spare parts is not possible.
5. Can I get a leather sample before buying?
We are happy to send you leather or fabric samples free of charge. If you order any upholstery other than black, you will receive a corresponding leather pattern from us to confirm your agreement.
6. What is the difference between standard soft aniline leather?
The standard, -Soft Spezial, -Anilin leather are of high quality and very durable. They differ in surface structure and perception. All these high quality leathers are tanned and dyed through. No vat procedure is used.
Superficial dirt on the leather upholstery can be removed with a soft damp cloth, avoiding pressure and excessive rubbing. For cleaning we recommend special leather cleaner
7. How far can I rely on the color on painted surfaces?
The color in Online Shop are for information only. Please comply with RAL Norm.
8. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Go to "Login" and then click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email in the space provided and you will immediately receive an email with your new password.
9. How can I pay?
1) You pay by bank transfer.
2) PayPal - secure payment, and credit cards accepted at PayPal, as well as master card.
Payment will be made immediately after the order.
10. Do you also deliver to higher floors?
Your Italian forwarder delivers only to the front door. Transport to higher floors on request.
11. Is the goods insured?
The goods are always insured. This insurance is included in the prices.
12. What do I have to note at delivery on the delivery slip?
If the carton is not damaged, please open the carton in presence of the driver (he has to wait and) and make sure there isn`t any hidden damage. If everything is O.K., then please sign the receipt. After signing, no damage is recognized.
13. What should I do if the carton is damaged on delivery?
If the goods or the carton / packaging should be slightly damaged or open from the outside, please note the damage in the transport letter of the carrier "carton damaged", receiving goods subject to change and keep a copy thereof. You then have the option to register the damage within 7 days or you immediately make use of it.
14. Deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, a processing fee of € 30.00 will be charged by your Italian forwarder. Any customs duties, authorities payments, etc., which were already paid at the time of importation to your forwarder, are borne by the customer.
15. How can I return a product?
You can return the goods if they do not like them within 10 days. Excluded from the resignation are special designs and spare parts. The goods can only be returned in their original packaging and undamaged by us. Please note that the inspection costs incurred by the Italian manufacturer in the case of a return delivery must be covered by the buyer, as well as the transport costs. As a rule, they amount to 10-20% of the value of the goods.
16. Do you supply spare parts, cushions?
Yes, spare parts for the goods manufactured by our manufactory are available on request. An exchange of spare parts is not possible.
